His university education supports a structured approach to analysis, research and the formulation of recommendations. It complements a leadership career connecting physical security, operational performance, development and technology.
From 2020 to 2024, Hervé Philippe led CISC operations within an organization serving more than 300 clients. His background also includes directing security at the Sun Life Building, completing a study for Laval’s Service de Protection du Citoyen—the municipal police service—and contributing to operations connected with the U2 360° tour.
Drawing on this experience, he created Maussiah to give leaders support that does not end with a finding or a report. His goal is to turn complex issues into defensible priorities, clear decisions and action plans that teams can genuinely implement.
